      You may submit a return request if the received item fails to match the expected condition upon arrival. We will assess each submission carefully and try our best to respond to your inquiry in a reasonable manner. 
      Before sending back any goods, you are advised to keep all attached packing materials intact and avoid unnecessary damage to the item itself. Any marks, stains or extra wear caused after delivery may affect the final review outcome of your application. Once your returned parcel reaches the designated receiving point, our team will carry out a full inspection. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not satisfy the basic return standards. 
      After the inspection passes, relevant follow-up arrangements will be arranged. You are encouraged to hold onto the delivery tracking record for reference during the whole process. 
      If you have any doubts about the progress, you can send us a message to obtain the latest updates. We aim to handle every application fairly and treat each customer’s situation with equal attention. We cannot guarantee identical outcomes for all cases, as each return is judged based on its own actual circumstances.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
